This property next to Clapham Common had not been renovated in several decades and needed a full refurbishment. AndArchitects provided comprehensive architectural, interiors and purchasing services to completely transform the house in 16 months. An existing extension was replaced with a bright glazed kitchen/dining room, modelled after a gallery space, to provide a beautiful, elevated, space overlooking the family garden. The internals of the property were carefully opened up to connect spaces without losing the history of the property. Attic space was cleverly incorporated into bedrooms with mezzanine levels.
